First Meeting:    Buffy:  Who are you?
                              Spike:  You'll find out on Saturday.
                              Buffy:  What happens on Saturday?
                              Spike:  I kill you
 

First  Fight:   Spike: I'll make it quick, it won't hurt a bit
                         Buffy: No Spike, It's gonna hurt a lot.

First time they realized they could be total assets to each other: 
Spike: I can't fight them both alone and neither can you.
Buffy: I hate you
Spike: and I'm all you've got

First time Buffy gave Spike 'the look over':
Okay so I was sitting there watching Becoming, on the total edge of my seat, cheering
when Spike came and beat the hell outta the cop and than said : "Hello Cutie".  Than I noticed something, Buffy totally checked Spike out!  She gave him a full glance!  Head to toe, Toe to Head!
 

The Look: After Buffy slayed the vamp right in front of here mom and an explanation was in order, Spike and Buffy looked almost intently at one another and he gave her the most sympathetic look!  It was like her knew how hard it was going to be for Buffy to tell her mom!  Than Buffy directly said: "Mom, I'm a vampire slayer."

First time he announced she was a cutie:
Spike: Hello, Cutie.

First truce:    Spike: Will you hold on a second!  Hey, white flag here, I quit!
