now:
6 leg quarters
1 Tblsp. All-purpose Greek Seasoning
1/4 c. Allegro
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
6 slices raw bacon
(I think the secret is 1 tsp. lemon juice)

Mix dry ingredients and rub into chicken. Stir the lemon juice into the Allegro. Wrap each chicken piece with the bacon: hold in place with wet toothpick. Marinate chicken in the Allegro mixture for 5 mins. on each side and then bake at 350*F for 45 mins. or until no pink juices flow when chicken is pierced.
This is especially good when you serve potato salad made with Lime-Mayonaisse.
