1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup boiling water
1 packet reduced-calorie vanilla dairy drink mix
2 large or 3 small ice cubes
2 cups strawberries, sliced

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in blender container to soften. Add boiling water; process to dissolve gelatin. Add dairy drink mix; process to combine. With blender running add ice cubes 1 at a time, processing until all ice is crushed. Immediately pour over strawberries in bowl; stir to combine. Divide into 2 dessert dishes and serve immediately.
