1 lb. lean pork tenderloin
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 medium bell pepper cut 1/4 in. strips
8 medium green onions cut into 1 in. pieces = 1 c.
1 tblsp. sesame seed toasted

Trim fat from pork. Cut pork with grain into 2 in. strips; cut strips across grain into 1/4 in. slices. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir in pork until coated. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Spray 10 in. skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; stir-fry 4-5 minutes or until brown. Remove pork from skillet.
Spray skllet with nonstick cooking spray. Add cabbage, bell pepper, and onions; stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir in pork; heat until hot. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
