When a husband gets to the synagogue late, he does not realize how this affects his wife.
A wife esteems her husband to such a great extent that it is more important to her than he realizes that he should arrive at the synagogue on time.
The husband who is sensitive to his wife in this way does a great deal for sholom bayis - peace in the home - by making sure to arrive at the synagogue on time.
