Life is like a delicate snowflake.

Intricate in design yet,

so fragile to the touch.

 Although, I have found it to be,

the hopes and dreams of the heart,

are even more so.

 So easily trampled upon....

So easily broken....

 As a pool of water, so tranquil,

interrupted by a sudden rain.

 A frightened baby clingling to it's mother,

in search of comfort from the dark of the night.

 As a flower grasping for the sun's rays,

for it's survival and growth, on a cloudy day.

 You have given me inspiration....

 You have given me hope....

 You have given me a dream....

 I am not alone, as I go through life's labyrinth...
