Breakfasts Apple, Raisen, Walnut Muffins

Recipe Ingredients
#A:
4 c diced apples, unpeeled
1 c sugar

#B:
2 eggs, beaten lightly
1/2 c vegetable oil

#C:
2 c flour
1 1/2 t baking soda
2 t cinnamon
3/4 t salt

#D:
1 c walnuts, broken
1 c raisens



Recipe Directions
Mix ingredients #A together in mixing bowl. Pour #B over apple mixture. Add #c flour mixture to apple mixture. Mix until moistened, then add #C, raisens and walnuts. Fill Muffin Tins full. Mixture will appear dry and lumpy ~ this is fine.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Excellent and healthy!
