flood fill with the color you like I did #4040FF.

Go to Mur's cloud filter than to water 1. Blend node.

I went to the colors, adjust, and to gamma correction and set it to 1.60. as wanted it to look lighter.

Add a new layer name it grass
go into your tube and use the long grass blades that came with psp 7,They look like this.

add as much as you want and go to your eye candy 4000, FUR,
I did the first fur that pops up to the grass it will look like this.

Go back into eye candy FUR on same layer as the grass and go into settings that you see at the top of eye candy.
Go to flowing and apply it.
It will now look as if in the water like this.

Add a new layer and name it rocks
go to patterns and find your gravel and fill. I set mine to 60

Go to your toolOptions

draw at the bottom for the rocks to go into I did mine like this.

Select none go to eye candy FUR again and to settings and pick the blue-hair punk.
change the color to a green Apply and it will look like this.

go to your layers and lower it to about 71

At this point Add your fish or what you would like to have in your water.

Add a new layer I went back into my tubes and added some bubbles for the fish.

Go to your layer pallett and duplicate you water layer send it to the top and adjust the layer to about 20

Your layers should look like this
