Sujeet Desai as " Suj" is a teenage boy who plays clarinet violin, piano and loves to perform his solo instrumental recitals. Sujeet will graduate from high school this year and is making music his career. He is available for 30 to 90 minute solo performance. Sujeet has become an inspiration to his audience especially to the young children with disabilities. In the past Sujeet has performed instrumental solos for annual award nights, banquets dinners, weddings, conferences, fund raising events, buddy walks, summer events, outdoor picnics and variety of events for parents groups and services who work for people with disabilities in New York state and around areas. In August 1999 he performed at the National Down Syndrome Congress annual convention in Pittsburgh.

Currently Sujeet continues to improve his music skills by studying privately and by taking music courses at Onondaga Community College along with his daily participation with high school concert band, concert orchestra and jazz band. He works at a local music store.

Recently Sujeet has started a group of 8-9 musicians who are forming a band ensemble to perform for future dates. Sujeet is actively looking for musicians who are interested to join his band.

We meet Saturday mornings. We have some senior citizens, some students, a blind piano player and myself on clarinet. My clarinet teacher Mrs. Freer is our director and brings variety of music, which we all have fun playing together. We hope to perform our first concert in spring.
