After my high school graduation in June 2001 I was accepted at the Berkshire Hills Music academy, located in South Hadley, Massachusetts. I miss my home and family very much, however I enjoy the new friends, academy staff and living on my own at the academy. The Berkshire Hills Music Academy is a new and unique residential post-secondary school created to provide comprehensive training in music, essential academics, social, vocational, and independent living skills. The Academy offers a two-year certificate program to adults with learning disabilities who wish to enhance their abilities in music.
