I was invited for the Millennium Symposium on Intellectual Disability jointly organized by MINDS ( Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore) and UNESCAP( United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific) held at Grand Copthorne Waterfront hotel at Singapore from 28 November to 2 December 2000.
