NEWS...
Nothing lately. But I think I did read somewhere that they are working 
on their next album. I can't wait till it comes out. Hopefully it is 
as good as the first!



My 1st encounter with Orgy...

Ok, I'm not really sure what to put on my page, so I guess I'll start by 
telling you why I like Orgy. Ok, ok, I admit that I was at first 
drawn in by their good looks. The whole band is good looking, especially 
in the "Blue Monday" video. Then one day I found out that they were coming 
to Phoenix with Love and Rockets. I was so excited!! I LOVE L&R, and to have 
Orgy open up for them was great. So I decided I was going to get all 
dressed up. I made a skirt for the occasion, and the week of the show
all I could talk about was how I was going to meet them. Well, day of 
the show I go running around town trying to find my friend something 
to wear, and we end up getting her car towed. It was a huge mess!! So 
when I finally got to the show I was not in a very good mood. The venue
was sold-out, and there were SO many people inside. We got inside about 
half way through their set, and made our way up to the front to watch 
what few songs they had left. And after Orgy's set I stood by the side 
talking to my friend. When this guy comes up, and say "I think the band 
would like to meet you." I said "Really?" and then he replied "Yeah, my 
taste is their taste." And like a dummy I let him walk backstage without 
saying another thing. Well, about 5 mins. later the guy came back and 
told the security gaurd to let me in. So I made my way past all the 15 
year olds, and go back stage with this guy. Then he takes me into the 
basement, and brings me right up to Jay, and introduces me to him. We 
talked for a while, and then they left for their hotel. But Jay was so 
nice. He thanked me for coming, and told me he was sorry we couldn't talk 
more. And that was it. I felt like I was in a fairy tale. The night was 
so perfect. And to top it all off Love and Rockets played a Bauhaus song, 
and I almost started crying. And then I got to go back downstairs, and 
when I came back up Daniel Ash was standing there...Perfect ending to a 
perfect night.

My 2nd encounter...

Well, the story for this isn't that exciting. I went to the show at a
club here, and waited outside for 2 hours till they came out. But when 
they came out the sound guy Craig, remembered me from the other show, 
(he was the guy that brought me backstage) And then Jay said he 
remembered me too. But most of the night I talked to Craig. Finally 
when they were leaving Jay came up to where Craig and I were sitting, 
and said goodby, and gave me a hug. (without me asking for it!!) And Craig
invited me to join them at Amazons (a strip club). So I drove to Amazons, 
and watched them get drunk, and be guys. It was great. I had a great 
time. I only wish the bar would have stayed open longer. So I could have
talked to Craig more. Most people have a crush on the band, but I have
a crush on the sound guy...so if anyone ever sees him let him know he
has a fan in Seattle, and maybe slip him my e-mail address...;)
