Their hearts will stay pure and they will check their heart before they minister

Healing of their past
-The past will not affect their lives and ministries
-They will forget what's behind and press toward the mark
(Philippians 3:13)
-What they've learned from the past they use it to help minister to others (2 Corinthians 1:4)
-God will restore the years the locust have eaten (Joel 2:25)
-God heal them of their backslidings (Hosea 14:4)
-God will restore their soul (Psalm 23:3)
-God will restore the joy of their salvation (Psalm 51:12)
They will fulfill their ministry (2 Timothy 4:5)
Equip saints to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12)
They will trust Lord with all their heart (Proverbs 3:5-6)
They will call upon Lord in situations (Jeremiah 33:3) -Lord will answer -Lord will show them great and unsearchable things
The Lord will perfect that which concerns them (Psalm 138:8)
They will
They put on full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18)
They will speak Word with boldness (Ephesians 6:19-20)
They have ears to hear what the Spirit says (Revelation 2:22)
Word they minister will fall on good ground (Mark 4:20)
They feed lambs (New Christians) [John 21:15]
They shepherd the flock God has given them (John 21:16)
They feed the sheep (John 21:17)
They lay down their lives for the sheep (John 10:11)
They be imitators of God (Ephesians 5:1)
The people they minister to will follow them as they follow Christ and imitate their faith (1 Corinthians 11:1 and Hebrews 13:7))
They will not be ashamed of the gospel (Romans 1:16)
Those they teach will share all good things with them (Galatians 6:6)
They may impart a spiritual gift into others and they mutually encourage each other's faith (Romans 1:11-12)
As they give, it will be given to them (Luke 6:38)
They will reap what they sow into others (Galatians 6:7)
They will sow the Word (Mark 4:14)
They will not grow weary in well doing and they reap a harvest in due time (Galatians 6:9)
They will regard no one any longer according to the flesh (2 Corinthians 5:16)
They will not look at the outward appearance, but at the heart (1 Samuel 16:7)
They will not despise a broken spirit and a contrite heart (Psalm 51:17)
Ministry will not be a burden because the commands of the Lord are not burdensome (1 John 5:3-4)

Lord give them unyielding and impenetrable strength and bless them with peace (Psalm 29:11 AMP)
They would always exercise and discipline themselves to have a clear conscience toward God and men (Acts 24:16 AMP)
They allow the Lord to shepherd them (Psalm 23)
They will grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18)
They will walk worthy of the Lord, be fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:10)
They will study to show themselves approved unto God and rightly divide the Word (2 Timothy 2:15)
They do everything with all of their hearts as serving the Lord and not men (Colossians 3:23)
