BEWARE THE PROPAGANDA TERM, "AVERAGE"

The national media uses this trick all the time. It is a great way to hide the transferral of wealth. Let's say you have nine penniless bums in an alley and a man who is worth ten million dollars steps in. The "AVERAGE" man in that alley is now worth ONE MILLION DOLLARS. Does that mean that there are now ten Millionaires in that alley? Of course not. But thats what the media does all the time when they tout the so-called "great" economy.

This is something like what has been happening in America with all this 'downsizing':

1970: Four workers: $50,000 50,000 50,000 50,000 One Boss: $200,000
2000 Four Workers: $20,000 20,000 20,000 20,000 One Boss: $400,000

Therefore the "average" person has gone up!
