(Sorry, this is the only tutorial I have so far.)
1. Download swirl.jpg, and save it to your hard-drive. Upload it to your server.
2. Get into PSP5, and open the image that you just downloaded. Click on the text tool, then left-click on the middle of the image.
3. In the text box, select a fairly heavy font. I used a font called Soopafresh. Make sure that "floating image" is not selected, and antalias and center is selected.
4. With the text still selected, choose IMAGE/EFFECTS/CUTOUT. Put the shadow color on white, opocity to 75, blur to 4, vertical and horizontal offset to 1, and click OK. Do it again, but put shadow color to black, and the vertical and horizontal offset to -1. Then repeat the same thing again.
5. Unselect the image by right-clicking on it. Then go to IMAGE/FILTER BROWSER. From there you can select whatever filter you want, I chose FIND EDGES. Resize or crop the image if you like.
