At 43 years of age Allen became the father of Jesse J. Tarver Baskin La, April 15, 1919. At 47 years of age Allen became the father of Henry Frank Tarver Franklin Parish La, October 15, 1922. At 49 years of age Allen became the father of Willie M. Tarver Baskin La, April 03, 1925. At 51 years of age Allen became the father of Lavada L. Tarver Baskin La, September 07, 1927.
