Minutes For August 3, 1999

Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Robinson, Acting Vice-Chairman. A quorum was established. The following members of the Acting Executive Committee were present:

James Robinson, Acting Vice Chairman

James Turner, Acting Secretary

Mike Benton, Acting Treasurer

Mike Brady, Acting Member at Large

The proposed bylaws were presented for ratification. During discussion, it was agreed that the original name (Libertarian Party for Tom Green County) be changed to Libertarian Party of Tom Green County. The Bylaws, on motion duly made and seconded, came on to vote, and were adopted unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned for business at 8:15 p.m.
