Minutes For September 7, 1999

Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Restivo, Acting Chairman. A quorum was established. The following members of the Acting Executive Committee were present:

Robert Restivo, Acting Chairman

James Robinson, Acting Vice Chairman

James Turner, Acting Secretary

Mike Benton, Acting Treasurer

Mike Brady, Acting Member at Large

Restivo tendered his resignation as Acting Chairman, which Robinson accepted. Restivo then nominated Robinson to serve as Chairman, and re-nominated the Acting Executive Committee be elected and serve as the County Executive Committee, for a term to expire at the close of the next County Convention on March 18, 2000. On a unanimous vote of the members present, the County Executive Committee was elected, as follows:

James F. Robinson, III Chairman

James Turner Secretary

Michael Benton Treasurer

Michael Brady Member at Large

The position of Vice Chairman was left vacant.

The County Executive Committee agreed to meet again on September 15, 1999, for the purpose of authorizing the opening of a bank account.

The meeting was adjourned for business at 8:30 p.m.
