"Table Settings"

Table settings can be scary......what fork goes where, on what side, next to which one, etc. It can make even experienced entertainers want to order take-out and use paper and plastic. But, it doesn't have to be scary at all. Use the guide above to help you the next time you are having company. And remember, you do not need every item shown to make a beautiful and inviting table. 1- dessert spoon; 2- dessert fork; 3- water goblet; 4- champagne flute; 5- wine glass; 6- cup and saucer; 7- spoon; 8- dinner knife; 9- charger place plate; 10- dinner plate; 11- dinner fork; 12- salad fork; 13- napkin; 14- bread-and-butter plate; 15- butter spreader.

"Minding Your Teas and Cubes"

Nothing spells refreshing like a glass of cold iced tea. Next time, put a twist of zip with the following recipes. Serve in wine or margarita glasses ringed with sugar, add a slice of lemon or some frozen raspberries...sit back....and say AAaahh!

Rasp-Berry Good Tea (makes 4 cups) 2 cups boiling water 4 raspberry zinger herb tea bags 3 tablespoons sugar 2 cups ginger ale, chilled*

Pour boiling water over tea bags and let steep for about 5 minutes. Remove bags from water. Stir in sugar, let mixture cool. Stir in cold ginger ale.

Pink Sangria Tea (makes 5 cups)

2 cups boiling water 4 orange herb tea bags 3 tablespoons sugar 2 cups cranberry juice cocktail 1 cup dry white wine

Pour boiling water over bags and let steep for about 5 minutes. Remove bags from water and stir in sugar. Let cool. Stir in juice cocktail and wine.

"Flavored Cubes"

For fruit based drinks or teas, pour orange, cranberry, pineapple, etc, juice and tiny sprigs of mint into ice tray and allow to freeze. Also, try placing raspberries and filling tray with ginger ale. Cool!
