These two-foot tall elephant-shaped figurines are carved from ivory and inscribed with elaborate, scrimshaw-like carvings. They are unintelligent, cannot speak, and can only understand the most basic commands from their masters.

Combat
When ordered to fight, ivory figurines can gore with their tiny tusks. However, they have some more powerful attacks as well.

Alternate Form (Su): For ten rounds at a time, three times per day, ivory figurines may enlarge themselves to a height of eleven feet. Their Strength increases to 30, and Dexterity decreases to 10. Their gore does 1d8+10 damage, and they can trample. Because of their Dex reduction, they lose their initiative bonus while in this form, and their AC drops to 15.

Trumpet (Su): Regardless of their form, ivory figurines may let loose a loud trumpeting three times per day. This deafens all within 30’ for 2d6 rounds and inflicts 2d6 damage. A successful Fort save (DC 18) negates the deafness and halves the damage. Exposed, nonmagical brittle, crystalline, or glass substances may break due to the noise.

Immunities (Ex): Ivory figurines are immune to cold and electrical attacks.

Construct: Immune to mind-influencing effects, poison, disease, and similar effects. Not subject to critical hits, subdual damage, ability damage, energy drain, or death from massive damage.

Construction
Ivory figurines must be carved from elephant tusks, which are then polished, decorated by carving, and inked to bring out the details in the carving. This takes two months and requires a Craft: Carving skill check (DC 25); it also costs 8,000 gp. The rituals needed to enchant the figure take one month, drain 320 xp, and require the creator to have the Craft Wondrous Items feat and be able to cast arcane spells. The spells needed to create such a figurine are polymorph any object or animate object, limited wish or raise dead, enlarge or animal growth, and shout.
