It takes more than a biological father to be a daddy
and this man has all the qualities that anyone could want. Even though I
was "grown" and married by the time that Mama married him, he has always
treated me like a daughter. He has a daughter of his own but he has never
played favorites - at least not openly where we could see it!! :)
And all of the little things that he has ever done for me and my brother
and sister....cutting the grass, loaning us his truck when cars broke
down, moving us, giving us a place to stay when we "ran" away from our
homes, caring for us and our children...this is what makes this man a daddy.
