Salsa Chicken


4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1 tablespoon oil

1 1/2 cup salsa (ie. Garlic Salsa)

Sour Cream (non-fat works fine)

In a skillet, brown chicken in oil, 4-5 minutes on each side. Reduce heat, pour salsa over the top, cook an additional 2 minutes. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
