Banana Nirvana Getting right in the middle of things, eh? Perhaps you’re here because you thought I meant something else. Of course I meant something else and, I bet, not what you expected, either. I’m almost sure of it.

I’m talking about religion ....Wicca.

There is a huge Pagan presence on the Net and there are many sites devoted to the Great Ones and our love and faith. I’m not going to preach to you. I don’t care what your religion is, what your beliefs are whatever. It’s none of my business. Some of my closest friends are Atheists (of all things)! They have the right to think whatever they do and, who knows? They may be right and we’re all chanting and praying to no one and we’ve simply been belched into existence thanks to luck of the right chemical reactions.

I don’t believe that, but what difference does that make?

My path is my own. If I choose to follow the Wiccan faith, it is for (naturally) personal reasons. It’s a multi-faceted, eco-ccentric religion that believes in a Goddess & God and reincarnation although different in nature from Eastern faiths.

If you’re curious, these are some of my favourite Wiccan sites. If there are any questions you’d like to ask, e-mail me and I’ll do my best or, at least, point you in the right direction.

One last thing I feel that I have to say...Wicca and Pagan faiths are NOT cults or fads or just New-Age-Flakiness. These are valid, real and ancient beliefs altered to fit our modern world, as any religion changes with the passing of time. We deserve the right to practise and people deserve to be allowed to learn about Paganism if they so choose.

Circle Santuary, an organisation that has a s-mail newsletter, directed to predominantly Wiccan beliefs, but includes other Pagan faiths.

Faery Wicca, a particular sect of Wicca that I don't personally follow, but it's interesting to me since my beliefs are of a Celtic nature.

Book of Shadows not my own, but one I found. Basically, this is equivalent to a Christian's Bible, etc.
