1. "What is the exact size of Tom Servo's barrel?"
It depends on if you are using the Money Lovers bank or a substatute. The Money Lovers barrel is about 7 inches tall, and the exact diameter of the bottom of the gumball machine (Tom Servo's head).
One of my Tom Servo's has a substatute barrel thats 10 inches tall. It still looks just fine.

2. "Where can I find a (Insert misc. part for one of your bots here)"
There are lots of places you can find them:
Garage sells, Wal-Mart/Target/K-Mart/Sam's/Ect., Junk yards, Whole-Sale stores, Antique Shops, And some people sell them over the Internet.
