Well known for her Genie Award nomination role in Black Robe, Sandrine Holt plays Li Ann Tsei, the exotic and alluring adopted daughter of the formidable "Godfather" (Mr. Tang himself). Born in the UK and raised in Toronto, the multi-lingual actress starred as Pocahontas inthe feature film Pocahontas: The Legend. Her other film credits include a lead role in Rapa Nui, with Jason Scott Lee and Esai Morales, co-produced by Kevin Kostner for Warner Bros., Esperanza (Tales of the Wild), triple Genie Award nominated Dance Me Outside, and the Alliance Communications production Black Robe, directed by Bruce Beresford (Driving Miss Daisy), for which she received a Genie Award noimination for Best Supporting Actress. This film, which generated six awards in various categories was named "One of the Year's Ten Best Pictures of 1991"by "Time Magazine", the "L.A. Times" and "The Globe and Mail". Holt's television roles include Poltergeist, New York Undercover, The Outer Limits, Two and the NBC pilot, The Conversation.
