Cruxify the Rain Cruxify the rain
she won’t take me away again. and dead, in the dark, to hell and forth soul lurched. stars streaming past my barren skull veins cut free in ever-torment; saintly bliss they would have. enough, said she, worth none, are you. For this redemption I cry, myself to sleep all night. Unbroken night fails my hands as they grasp through the dark. belligerent recoiled faithless TRASH. free me from this tainted soul, I would place my heart upon bleeding rock. silence, I ask for. and emptiness. Flooded by those whose tears would tear us all in two. As the clock ticks later into the cold night. The rain seeps through her dress. The candle bleeds once more beneath the tree of eternity. I’ve failed once again. I fell once again. taking his head in my bloodied hands smashed upon the bleeding rock, the candle beside prays quietly for my redemption. His soul like a burning house crumbles into a dead sea. Cruxify the rain, she won’t take me away again. Invisibly drips the ink of blood cursed souls be lost into you. Stars fall seldom this time of year, but I wish I knew your REAL name. as I wish I knew your touch, and your voice whispering my name as she gets up out of the mud and runs into your arms.
