Personality/Other: note that she is a 300-point genius. Her mother is very rich, and they live in a really expensive condo in the Azabu neighborhood of Juuban. Her parent's divorce shook her up rather badly, and she used studying as an escape. Other students shunned her because of her constantly perfect scores... until Usagi came along and befriended her.
Ami seems to have some sort of compulsion about being at the top of the rankings, she can't stand it when someone bests her. In fact, she takes it personally and doesn't hesitate to blast her opponent out of the water. Ami has a strange allergy to love letters. She is very kind, a true intellectual, the brains of the Senshi, level-headed, and she tends to be shy. Her powers are used mainly for defense thought she does develop offensive attacks later on. She likes to swim and play chess (things her father taught her) to relax and focus her thoughts. She has a strange affinity for video games. She also wears glasses for reading.
She used to go to Juuban Junior High, but currently goes to Juuban High School. She says her dream is to be a doctor like her mother, but her true dream is to be the best Sailor Soldier she can be. Was engaged to Zoisite in the Silver Millennium. Her planet sigil, the sign for Mercury (duh), appears in the middle of her forehead.

Her boots mimic Sailor Moon's, except they are blue with white trim, blue choker, tiara set with blue tanzanite (zoisite) [ okay, so I made the zoisite thing up. I think it's cute... besides, there's already a sapphire-studded tiara amongst the Senshi.]
