We have not yet explored this building, though one of our top informants has told us a bit about what is to be found inside. According to our reliable source, there is a spiraling metal garbage or laundry chute that goes from the top floor all the way to one of the basements. In one of the basement areas there is a large brick vault that is said to have once been used to store gunpowder "which is why it is so large and vault-like". We suspect that our informants source of information may have been mistaken and that the vault was infact used to store coal, the dust from which can cause flashfires and possibly an explosion. Our informant says he saw the vault and "it's the type of place where if you walk into and the door shuts behind you, you might as well start looking for a rock to bash your brains in becuase from the outside, no one would ever hear your cries for help, and it looked as though it had been a very long time since anyone was in there before I was." He also says that on the top floor there is a trapdoor which leads to the rooftop.
