          Albany, N.Y.
          First round
          Saturday, March 28
Clarkson (23-8-3) vs. Colorado College (25-12-3), Noon

In the first game I will take Colorado College because they know
how to win in the big games. They have been tot he playoffs four years
ina a row, making the Frozen Four the past two years. Sorry Clarkson but the
tigers will prove to be too tough and they will prevail.

          Wisconsin (26-13-1) vs. New Hampshire (23-11-1), 3 p.m.

In this game I like the Badgers they fought and clawed their way
into the NC$$ and they will give any team they play a run for their
money. New Hampshire has done the perverbial choke as of late and will
not make it any further. P.S. the Badgers will not look past UNH.

          Second round
          Sunday, March 29
Colorado College winner vs. Boston College
          (25-8-5), 2 p.m.

This should prove to be a good game and I am going to stay with
the WCHA in this round 2 also. B.C. hasn't been to the tournament for a
long time and will fall prey to the Tiger attack.

          Wisconsin vs. Boston University
          (28-7-2), 5:30 p.m.

After losing to Merrimack Boston University doesn't look to be a
strong of a team as they were last year. However, Bucky will take over
     time to beat the Terriers.

          At Yost Arena
          Ann Arbor, Mich.
          First round
          Friday, March 27
          Ohio State (24-12-2) vs. Yale (23-8-3), 5 p.m.

Sorry Yale Ohio State University is too Strong.

          Michigan (28-11-1) vs. Princeton (18-10-7), 8:30 p.m.

          "Ditto" for Princeton.

          Second round

          Saturday, March 28
Ohio State vs. Michigan State (31-5-4), 6 p.m.

I think that Cinderella Ohio State University is ripe for an upset and
I think that teams are going to gun for Michigan State University. I like
Ohio State University in this match up. The Buckeyes prove they can play
hockey as they beat Michigan State University in their back yard. The
message I got from MSU coach Ron Mason was that this was his year and
that basically they were in, and that they will ride Albin to the promised
land, (Sioux Fans this was the same goalie the Gophers lit 7-4 up in the
playoffs last year). Do I we see another Michigan in the making? We will see.

          Michigan vs. North Dakota (30-7-1), 9 p.m.

As the ring announcer says in Boxing lets get ready to rumble. I
think the Sioux hockey team is ready to get it on with Michigan because
it should have been the Sioux's destiny last year. I think this will be
the best game of the tournament as the Sioux will finally get a chance to
beat Michigan. Notice that the Sioux and their head coach were all
business during the announcement of the picks on ESPN2, the Sioux players
     had focus in their eyes.

Dean Blais hammered Doug Woog last week in the Grand Forks Herald by
saying that the Gophers were making excuses for their bad draw during the
NCAA selection last year and instead of preparing for their destiny with
Michigan spent their time complaining about their draw. Dean Blais felt his
team could have beaten them last year. That is an example of the two
different coaching styles of two former Golden Gopher hockey players.

Have a nice day and Good Luck to all the teams in the tourney.
