BROKER AGREEMENT & LOT SUBMISSION POLICY:
If you were to place some lots in our auction, you would make your own lot
descriptions, with minimum bid, bidding increments, fair market value,
submitted in the following way:

When submitting your lot's, MIN. BID, BID INCR., FAIR MARKET VALUE, please
do not use; dollar signs, decimals, double zeros. Everything is in "whole
dollar amounts" only. Please, include any shipping costs in the following
manner. After your lot description write; (S&H $1.75) FOR EXAMPLE.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO INCLUDE SHIPPING, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO CHARGE IT.
You can only use decimals
and dollar signs, when you are including the S&H in your lots, as shown above.
Below is our Broker Agreement:
Owners of property in TRADENET's on-line auction GUARANTEE that all merchadise
is true as described in their lots. Any item placed in TRADENET'S auction,
must be genuine and accurate in description as to GRADING; for any
collectibles and memoribilia advertised, in said auction.
When the auction is completed, the winning bidders will be notified within
48 hours of their successful bids. They are asked, to then send payment
within 5 days of notification, to TRADENET. When the buyer's check clears,
the seller will be contacted to send their merchandise(INSURED MAIL) to the
winning
bidder.
Buyers have 7 days to return items, directly to the seller, for any
of the reasons previously stated above. After the return time has
expired, TRADENET will send the seller's their funds, immediately.
TRADENET, MUST return any money to the buyer, for
items that are returned to the seller, due to misrepresentation of
condition, grading or authenticity. All sport cards must be graded strictly
as to BECKETT grading guidelines to the conditions of; MINT, NEAR MINT/MINT, NEAR
MINT,EXCELLENT/MINT, EXCELLENT, VERY GOOD, (GOOD,FAIR,POOR.) Sorry, only
CERTIFIED, ENCAPSULED, COINS will be accepted in TRADENET'S ON-LINE
auctions.
All returned items must be in their original holders, with any seals
unbroken. CARDS or COINS taken out of original sealed holders are
NOT RETURNABLE to the seller. All brokered items in TRADENET'S ON-LINE
auctions, will be listed as such.
TRADENET only holds the funds, for brokered items, in TRADENET'S ON-LINE
auction, until the buyer and seller are satisfied with their trade.
TRADENET is not responsible, for the GRADING, CONDITION OR TRANSACTION of
brokered items. Only to make sure both buyer and seller are satisfied
with their trade and to mediate the funds involved.
