| Ah, a shrine to two very admirable
characters: Haruka and Michiru. I quite like the title, it's unusual and
unique. The main page is pretty good; the graphics are nicely done and
the layout isn't bad. My suggestion would be to take out the cell background
in the cell with all the writing; it interferes with the text and buttons,
and is sort of unnecessary. I would also specify a bgcolor for that cell,
because when the cell background loads, it's just black and you can't read
the writing. Or you could just make the background of the page white. You
might want to change the font; Times New Roman doesn't do much for the
page. Aaaand maybe you could make a table within the cell with the writing
so that the text isn't smushed against the edge of the table; try it, it's
really handy.
Alrighty! The Information page might
also be a good place to put a table within a table, or just adjust
the cellpadding on the table so the text isn't smushed. Again, the font
might be changed as well. I like the title pic, though. ^_^
Here we have Haruka and Michiru stats...rather
complete ones at that. Yay. Might want to give English definitions
to all the Japanese foods listed.
The anime page looks nice, but the
text is smushed again. I like how it's not too long and not too short.
Er, however you said that Michiru raced Haruka in her appearance episode...that
was Minako. Might want to proofread this page, because it gets confusing
in some parts:
After a while, Uranus and Neptune
were turned evil by Galaxia by choice. They thought that they could be
strong enough to defeat her, but in they ended up dying. As the faded,
they touched one last time. But after Eternal Sailor Moon defeated Chaos,
everyone was brought back to life.
That sorta doesn't make much sense.
But overall it's informative.
I liked the "love" section, it was
interesting, even though most people should be able to tell that they're
quite obviously gay. It was a good read, nonetheless.
The attacks section is quite detailed
and I like how the anime and manga henshins are separated; however a lot
of the images were broken and the links were too. ^^;;
Oh! Background section actually has
nothing to do with computer graphics - it's info on the seiyuus, planets,
astrological signs, etc. I was hoping to see some of this. ^_^
I'm hardly one to judge whether it's
all accurate, but the planet info is interesting and complete. Oops, the
Oureous page doesn't appear to be up, and neither does the Poseidon page,
or either of the two seiyuu pages. Ack. Looks like you have some work to
do ^^;;
The entertainment section has the
works...All the pics are thumbnailed and don't take too long to load, but
you might want to put them in tables and change the 2-pixel border around
them. I'm also not sure where they came from; scanned, taken...?
Whoa, the "back" link on the gallery
page took me to a completely different index page, one that I like better.
Odd. IMHO, you should exchange one index for the other.
On the sounds page, the "Kaze ni
Naritai" link is broken...the poll doesn't work very well, at least for
me...The quiz was very cute, I've never seen one like that before.
Whoa! That's quite an interesting
picture at the top of the links page...cool.
Ooh, and a birthday special for
Haruka..how nice. It's a pretty little page, the only nitpick was that
the word is spelled "surprise" and not "suprise", but that's just me being
picky. ^^;;
And finally, there is a little page
with a support program for Michiru and Haruka's relationship; it looks
like a great idea. The only thing I have to say about the page itself is
that the text is very hard to read before the huge-o background loads.
^^;;
I suppose that's it! This shrine
was overall very complete with a few unique features and well-informed
write-ups. The layouts weren't that bad, either, but with a change of font
and a little spicing up with more graphics, etc, they could be great, like
the main page already is. Hope to see it improve further. ^_^ |
