Overall statement: A site that's strong point is originality and general non-annoyingness =p
(The maximum amount of stars is five.)
This looks to be a kawaii little site. The loading time was a bit slow, but it didn't bug me much. The main page is cute, I like the pictures and general layout, it's easy to see what's on the page. It looks a little cut off on the right side, you might consider making the blue image on the left smaller so that you can put some kind of border on the right, too. Just a small suggestion. ^_^
Also, the counter is awfully  big. I'd get a smaller one, to take out some of the scrolling.
Aaaaand, you could put all the superfluous stuff at the bottom of the page into tables, just to make it neater.

On the downloads page I can tell that this is going to be a very complete and fairly original page. The image map is adorable ^_^. I'm guessing that I'll probably be seeing a lot of these type of maps all over the page, I like the concept.
The Tripod Directory link in the movies section didn't work, and the link to the links page is broken (you forgot the ".com" part ^_^), but the text one on the side does, so that's ok.

The contest is a cute idea, even if it wasn't hers. ^_^;; And we have a club, looks intersting but I'm not gonna comment any further. The Tuxedo Mask Shrine is basically a collection of pictures, thats kinda neat, even though the design of this page is slightly weird (the text changes font and color so often it's slightly confusing).

The Production Company was a very nice little feature; even though it's not very complete it's a nice idea. You should develop this one further, I think.

You might want to change the font on the Adoption Agency page, it's very small (duh, master of the obvious :p).

The tips and tricks are helpful, but you might want to add that the style thing goes in the heading of a document.

The credits page was...entertaining. =p

Oh, and on the "link to SuperSailorMoon.com" page, you got the "oshioki yo" speech wrong. Hehe. No, I don't know the whole thing correctly either, but I know that wasn't it. Or did you do that on purpose? -_-;;

I think I'll take a peek at the guestbook now... heehee, someone wrote in the inevitable entry saying "you're my favorite cartoon, I love your show." How flattering. ^_^

What I think would be nice on this site is a layout used on all the pages. I'm pretty sure you could come up with something good that you can use for all the links, graphics, suggestion box and everything else. It seems like this site should have some uniformity. All you would have to do is come up with something like a border background with a table on top, it would be more exciting than plain text spread across the screen with horizontal lines.
