Overall statement: A very pretty site with a great design and plenty of content.
(The maximum amount of stars is five.)
The main page, while it loaded a tad slowly, was very pretty, and I have high hopes for this site. The pic on the logo is one I actually haven't seen before, and I've seen a lot. Unfortunately, the server or my modem seem to be going slooooow and it's taking me forever to view this stuff. ^_^;;

Ok, I guess I'll be choosing the English version. The main English page follows a similar design, with a nice title pic and a good picture of Usagi and  ChibiChibi. The writing seems to reveal that the author's first language isn't English. That's unfortunate. It makes the writing slightly confusing, such as this little quotation: "Sailor Moon is a cartoon that makes children Homosexual." Ok, I don't know what is meant by that, but it seems out of place. Also, "series" is singular - it doesn't make sense to say "this serie," rather, you would say "this series."

Phew! There's a Pictures Policy and Copyright page...well-stated, if somewhat awkward English and grammar.

The information is nicely thoughtful and informative. The author uses English in an offbeat way, but it tends to accentuate the point he's making some of the time. Other times, it's confusing. I would personally suggest separating the information into paragraphs, and in each <P> tag I would put the attribute ALIGN=JUSTIFY so that the text wraps itself evenly and it looks nicer.

There's a whole lot of sections within this information section. I like the Legends page, it explains a lot that I never understood. The season summaries are very long, and I don't think I'm going to thoroughly read each one since from skimming through them I can see that they're accurate. I would again suggest making more separate paragraphcs and using the <P ALIGN=JUSTIFY> tag. It looks as though not all the character information pages are there, but the ones that are there are wonderful. Very opinionated and full of information at the same time. Just very...very long. ^_^;; All the manga-related information is not up yet, nor is the Naoko Takeuchi info...too bad, but not a huge deal.

On the picture page, the shiny bar looks weird where it is,  I'd just take it out. Unfortunately, the server is VERY slow so for the majority of these pictures I'll just look at the thumbnails. I'm glad I get to see at least thumbnails, though...they're quite nice images, too. The JPGs look like a lot of screen shots,  cool. I love the manga pics; so many are rare, and there are tons of them. It's great that you offered them to the public.

Since the page is taking forever to load due to the server, I'm going to stop there. There isn't a whole lot I would suggest for this site's design, and the best thing you could do for its content is put in a few original sections, with ideas that no other page has. That would be taking it to the next level. It's a great page already, and I'm glad I discovered it.
