Overall statement: A page devoted to the Solitary Senshi of Rebirth,
Sailorsaturn! No darkness here!
(The maximum amount of stars is five.)
Now here is a new Sailorsaturn shrine that has been getting quite a bit of attention lately. You'd might think "oh God," not another Saturn page, but this one is one of the most unique to come a long in a long time. Tomu found enough audacity to build a page that denounces the notion that Hotaru- chan is goth. Good for him! Black is getting old on Saturn pages and I can see a new breed of pages like this one following.

Overall, the information is very well- said. I noticed that Tomu calls the show "Bisoujo Senshi Sailormoon." Perhaps he could write it as either "Bishoujo" or even "Bisyoujo." Either way is right, actually. Don't worry, that's but a minor nitpick. He gives the regular season summaries, basic character information, and attacks, but he found that it would be fun to include a comment about Tomoe family. How very touching and sweet. I kind of hope he reconfigures his summaries page soon because I'd think it
would be a little bit better if they were divided into "anime" and "manga" sections. It would be more complete and less cluttered. Speaking of which, he omits the Dead Moon Circus arch of the manga, unfortunately.

The powers section is very thorough and well- focused, also. The only major complaint is that there should be a some image files of the attacks. That way, the visitors with curiousities can be satisfied. The Stats page contains, what else, stats which can be found everywhere. I suppose he included them for the sake of completeness.

Thumbs up to Tomu and the images section! He wisely used real thumbnails -- the only kind of thumbnails that really work, IMHO. Though I have seen them all before, I think they fulfill the requirement. The images seem a little blurred to me, too. I don't like the fact that the movies section is down. Perhaps in the future he'll have a large archive. Only time will tell. His sound-clips collection is rather small, but they are unique. I
find the disclaimer on the bottom of the "multimedia" page appropriate.

The Why page goes into detail about why he created his page, as you'd expect. I share Tomu's opinion that Saturn is one of the best of the senshi. The interview with Hotaru is exceedingly cute! Hotaru having a crush and flirting isn't too far-fetched! ^_^ I want another interview, Tomu! It's also cute how Hotaru actually yells at Haruka!

Oh, the gothic business. This has got to be the most thorough and insistant part of the entire page. Tomu actually stands up to all those pages that call Hotaru a goth and tells how they are wrong! He gives sound answers in his Misconception page. He also goes a step further to define Wicca and how it relates to Hotaru. I'd wish he'd write more in the "Senshi of Rebirth" page, though. The Gothic Links section lists pages
that are for and against the notion of Hotaru being goth. Wow. I didn't know there was an organization that was against her being goth.

The Web Stuff has the usual; links, awards (which he deserves, I'd say) and a Web ring that doesn't seem to work properly. I suppose the Ring of Destruction's owner is either dead or there is something wrong with Tomu's HTML scripting. The HTML seems fine to me, actually. The link section has a problem -- the Resignation URL doesn't seem right to me.

This page is certainly a good one. All Saturn fans should look into it because I think it's in the league of the other well- known ones like Resurrection and Bow to the Glaive. Though Tomu redoes his main page almost every week, a visitor may get disappointed that there wasn't anything else updated. Overall, this is a page that will go far. Mark my word.
