Overall statement: A Sailor Chibimoon (or so it seems) page that needs a little work.
(The maximum amount of stars is five.)
Loading up this page, the only thing I can say is "wow," and it's not the sort of "wow" I say when I am overly impressed with a page. From what I can tell, this page is devoted to "Rini" from the dub Sailormoon, and yet there's a pretty little transparent gif image of Eternal Sailormoon at the top which confused me a bit. Let's start with the first page, shall we? Alright then. If you have the time and energy to take a look at this page, I suggest you only visiting if you have a T1 connection because it takes a
full eight mintues to completely load up on a 28.8 k.p.s. connection.

The reason for the long download time is simple; there are at the least thirty images on this page, including ones that have been obviously taken from elsewhere on the net. Those little yellow smiley faces all come from Animecity and though those little "girl" moving gifs (like polygrl4.gif and the others) weren't originally created by Mara K. of Pluto Planet Power, I doubt the creator of this page even gaves Mara the right credit. The creator doesn't directly link the images, so there is no problem with bandwidth stealing. Moving on, there are banners on this page and there's a Web page ranking snippet. Creator, why not putting them on their own separate pages? It would greatly reduce the loading time on your first page.

The sugarly sweet, yet overly loud red text that greets the visitor about three screens down into the page equates Rini with Sailor Chibimoon. Sure, there's a Sailor Chibimoon doll, but Rini hasn't become a soldier in the dub as for yet. May I suggest that you retain Sailor Chibimoon's Japanese name instead?

Okay now, let's take a look at the source code of the first page. What's this? Why is the background image a bmp file? I am using Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 and the background seems to come out fine and dandy for me, yet I'm sure there are people out there who won't be able to see it. Please at least convert the file's extension into a more browser-friendly  extension like gif or jpg. Since the image of Sailor Chibimoon is a little on the blotchy side, it might be the best idea to hunt down a nicer file. Speaking of backgrounds, when the browser window is made smaller, all the text and images run right smack into the border background image on the
left. The best way to remedy this problem is with a well-designed main table and invisible transparent gif file. There are places on the net that
show how this is done. The first page needs work, but I'm sure the creator can easily fix her mistakes.

It's time for the actual content. We'll take the Pictures route first. Her available images are mostly transparent gifs and there's no attempt by the creator to make thumbnails for easy-loading. The images presented are blotchy and of low quality and nothing you won't find better elsewhere. I would avoid this page unless, again, you have a mightly fast connection because a long wait is guaranteed otherwise. That little button that
reads "Home" is rather cute and I wonder if the creator actually prepared it. Going to the Poll page, the visitor is asked to vote for my favorite character from the Sailormoon series. This section has a fairly nice color scheme and the table is half-way decent. In the Webrings section, most of the images don't have the width and height attributes in the image tags which not only causes the images to load slower but also gives the impression that there was little care in the building of the page.

Perhaps the Profiles section needs own paragraph here. First of all, the information is slightly off. Sure, some of the stats are right, but the creator is obviously confused with some of the names. Who is Neo Queen  Serena? It's Neo Queen Serenity, just to let you know. It looks as if the information is a mixture of the stats from the American doll boxes and the  stats found all over the Web. One piece of information that's disturbing, to say the least, is how the creator spells the name "Reeny" yet everywhere else she uses the "Rini." Spelling. Please, by all means, keep all your information consistent! Changing names at random is bothersome to oldies and confusing to newbies. I find another part interesting; since when is "traveling through time" one of Sailorpluto's good points? That statement just sounds odd. Hotaru's favorite food, by the way, is Soba.

The Postcards section is pretty cute. ^_^ Apparently, these are supposed to be postcards the girls write to each other. It's a shame that the  creator doesn't give a good explanation of the content and intent of this page. Again, it's cute, but there are some mistakes that the creator should fix. Her Links list is small, but the Sailor Chibimoon background should be replaced with a better one. The awards section is
interesting,  to say the least. She also offers awards, yet I feel that she should stay
away from that department until she has at least cleaned up her setup a little.

As a final note, this page does have the potential of being a very nice Sailor Chibimoon page to visit. However, the creator of the page should clean up the main page, add a little more content the pages, and correct the slightly-off information. I would advise her to add a little of her thoughts about the show and the character somewhere in the page, too. Besides the main gripes (like the image taking and the slightly-off
information), I don't see too many other reasons not to want to give the creator a chance to redo her page.

Usagi's input (spur of the moment thing ^^): Broken images, unreadable text, useless javascript, what a mess! PLEASE check out the help section, specifically Rei's page, to learn what went wrong!
