Hi! Okay this was my first fanfic! I hope everyone likes it.
*Disclaimer~ I don't own "SailorMoon" or any of the characters, I'm just 
using them, so PLEAZ don't sue me! Okay here's the story:

Moonlight Masks~ Chapter 1- Stary Space

Two figures stood on the Imperial Princesses balcony, over looking the rose 
garden. 
"Look at it Lita," Serena smiled longingly at the blue object above, 
"isn't it beautiful?" 
        "SERE!!" Rei bellowed. "How do you expect to rule the UNIVERSE if 
you keep staring at Earth?!" 
        "I'm not sure Rei," Mina chimed in, "but I do know you shouldn't 
address Princess Serenity like that!" * I LOVE Mina* Serena thought as she 
smiled inwardly.       
	"Your right Mina," Rei began coolly, "but are we not supposed to
protect the Silver Millennium and the Moon Kingdom?" 
        "Where's this going?" Ask Ami, as she entered Serena's room. 
"Well," Rei continued, " answer this Mina………… how is the Silver Millennium 
going to survive if we have a half wit Queen?" 
        "Rei if you would just back off Serena, I bet she would listen to 
you!!" Mina shot back.
        "That's SailorMars, Goddess of Mars, Lady of Fire, her Royal 
Highness Princess Rei of Mars, to you!" Rei was loosing her temper. 
        "Well, your highness, ROYAL PAIN, would you please remember, I OUT 
RANK YOU!
I'm your Superior Senshi and don't you forget that!" Mina screamed.
        "ENOUGH YOU TWO!" Screamed Ami. * Finally! * Thought Serena with a 
sigh. There was a long pause. "Hey, know what?" Ami started again. "Hmmm…." 
Everyone hummed slightly. "I bet you just want t go to Earth, right 
Serena?" Serena's ear perked up, "YES!!" She howled. 
        "Okay then, we take Sere to Earth for one day, then Serena, you'll 
have to pay more attention to your studies…" "And your destiny!" Luna 
interrupted.  "and focus more on your destiny." Lita finished. She shot a 
quick smirk to Luna. 
        "Good idea! What do you think?" Asked Ami with a smile. Serena 
thought about this for a second.
        "I'll do it!!!" Serena screamed! The group of girls began to laugh
hysterically. Luna cleared her throat. The girls calmed down and their 
focus went toward Luna. 
        "You girls have permission to go to the Earth tomorrow, but you 
must be back home before 8:30." * Luna loves power * Serena smiled. 
        "Why can't we stay later than 8:30?" Mina asked. " Because there's 
a ball tomorrow! Don't tell me you forgot already!" Luna began to yell..
        "No Luna, they didn't forget, I forgot to tell them." Everyone 
stared blankly at Serena as she took the blame, so they wouldn't get in 
trouble. "Oh, okay, I'm sure you just forgot Serena." Luna smiled at her. 
        "You girls better get to sleep, you have a big day tomorrow and 
Serena, your mum wants to see you. Goodnight!" Luna left the girls in 
Serena's room. 

*~~~~~~~~~~~~~~In Queen Serenity's Room~~~~~~~~~~~~~~*

        "Mum, you wanted to see me?" Serena asked sheepishly as she 
entered the room.
Queen Serenity sat atop a bed of purple silks. The shape of the crescent 
moon was engraved in sterling silver on the headboard of her bed. Her 
ceiling looked like the night sky, all the planets in the Silver Alliance 
were seen on the mural, the stars in the mural even seemed to twinkled 
from magic. 
        "Yes Serena my dear! I wanted to talk to you about tomorrow night." 
Queen Serenity looked at her daughter lovely. "What about mother?" Serena 
asked.  "Well, this was to be a surprise, but tomorrow at the ball………………
