Finding a Stardate

1. Enter the date and time into the respective fields.
2. If you want to sync the stardate with the year, make sure the 'Sync Year' button is selected
3. If you want the stardate to be in the form [x]YYDDD.T, make sure the 'Format' button is selected

Finding an Earthdate

1. Enter the stardate into the stardate field.
2. Note: The stardate must be in the YYDDD.T format.

Checking for a Threshold Value:

1. Enter the stardate into the stardate field.
2. Click the 'To Earthdate' Button
3. Click the 'To Stardate' Button
4. If the stardate field stays the same, then it is a threshold value


For instance, the stardate 40759.5 is a threshold value.
