Handicap less two stones.


Time

45 minutes with byo-yomi of 20 sec/move.


Comments

The first tournament of Gallarate enjoys the partecipation of 28 players. The number of players and the distibution of the ranks permit to make two categories and give prices also to the weaker players.

The first category is won by Jian Lin Zhou with 4 victories out of 4. The second place goes to the other 3th dan, Enzo Pedrini. Very interesting is the game between Jian Lin Zhou and Ivano that finishes in jigo!

In the second category the victory goes to the young Alberto Mariani, followed by Agostino De Matteis and Maurizio Suraci.

The tournament starts in time (yep, we're in Italy). After the first two rounds the players enjoy a good chinese meal prepared by the host. The price giving is somewhat too late, so it goes hasty to permit to the players to go home early.
