FIRST DISTRICT - Capt. Sam'l J. Boyd, commanding. That portion of the city south of Osceola street, containing three square miles of Police territory. The station of this district is situated on a sw. cor. Of Pennsylvania av. and Robert sts. S. St. Louis.

SECOND DISTRICT - Capt. Joseph Hercules, commanding. That portion of the city between Park av. on the N., Osceola st. on the S. and from Jefferson av. to the river, containing four and a half square miles of territory. The main Station of the district is on Soulard st., be. 7th and 8th sts., cor. of alley. Sub-Station, Lafayette Park and 8th, cor. Wyoming.

THIRD DISTRICT - Capt. Anton Huebler, commanding. That portion of the city between Cass av. on the N. Washington av. on the S. and from Grand av. to the river, containing two and a half square miles of territory. The main Station of this district is on the sw. cor. of 7th and Carr sts., and the Sub-Station on the cor. of Dayton and Jefferson av.

FOURTH DISTRICT - Capt. Edward McDonald, commanding. That portion of the city north of Cass av. containing five square miles of territory. The main station of the district is on the ne. cor. of 10th and North Market sts. The Sub-Station, sw. cor. 9th and Angelica streets.

FIFTH, OR MOUNTED DISTRICT - Capt. Henry Frangel, commanding. That portion of the city between Washington av. on the N., Osceola on the S. and from Jefferson av. to Grand av. containing five and a half square miles of territory; and that part of county immediately outside of the city limits to the extent of three miles. The main station of this district is at No. 2835 Market st. The Sub-Station, main entrance Fair Grounds.

CENTRAL DISTRICT -Capt. Thomas L. Fruchte, commanding. That portion of the city between Washington av. on the N., Park av. on the S. and from Jefferson av. to the river, containing 2-1/2 square miles of territory. The main Station of this district is in the Four Courts building, and is the Police Headquarters of the Department. The Sub-Station is at No. 111 Chestnut.
