Bravo for Gordon Friedreich and his exposure of the misuse of Handicap Cards.

For many years I had two friends who nonchalantly did that all the time. I'd ride in their cars and they thought nothing of using the card to get the best parking spots.

They were perfectly physically fit but had handicapped relatives and the cardboard signs were passed around the family for anyone to use who wished to. One guy had a mentally retarded sister who never had the ability to drive a car but was physically okay yet they got a handicapped card.

But I wasn't going to turn in my friends and I figured they'd eventually get caught. But they never were.
