The search for the Box Family history is a never-ending process. Whenever a new family path is discovered, this same path leads into several more paths that need to be explored. It is, with great delight, that we present, what information we have obtained through countless sources, our Box Family history. Our particular line is displayed here, from John Box of the late 16th Century to the current generation four hundred years later. It is important for us to note that our direct ancestral line is listed in the following generational path. (7) Robert and Mary had a son that little information is known about. What is known is that this son of Robert and Mary had two sons of his own - Henry and Seth.
Little is known about the seventh child of Robert Box and Mary Allen-Box. What is known is that he had two sons.

b. James Clifford Richmond was born June 26, 1913.
c. Frances Elizabeth Richmond was born November 9, 1915 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas. Frances married George Alred Raines, Jr. February 12, 1939 in Sebastian County, Arkansas. George was born March 21, 1919.
d. Flossie Rubybelle Richmond was born July 4, 1918 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas and died June 26, 1997 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas. Flossie married James Hamilton Briley December 23, 1939 in Crawford County, Arkansas. James was born December 19, 1917 and died May 7, 1986.
e. Elvin Richmond was born March 5, 1921 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas. Elvin married Marilyn Jean Daniel on February 1, 1969 in Stillwell, Adair County, Oklahoma. Marilyn was born July 12, 1941.

b. Harvey Louis Box was born September 17, 1923 in Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas. Harvey married Leota Ruth Morrison June 22, 1946 in Rocky Ford, Otero County, Colorado. Leota was born March 1, 1928.
c. Edgar Eugene Box was born August 27, 1927.
d. Norma Jean Box was born April 14, 1934.
e. Hilda June Box was born August 18, 1936 in Rocky Ford, Otero County, Colorado.
f. Dolores LaVerne Box was born November 27, 1938 in Rocky Ford, Otero County, Colorado.

George married Minnie Lee Davis April 17, 1923 in Crawford County, Arkansas. Minnie was born October 7, 1904 in Leflore County, Oklahoma and died July 15, 1932 in Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas.
(5) Wallace Monroe Box, Sr. was born September 15, 1902 in Alma, Crawford County, Arkansas. Wallace married Mary Ellen White July 17, 1920 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas. Mary was born December 19, 1904 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas and died June 19, 1996 in Paso Robles, California. Wallace and Mary were the parents of nine children - Wallace Monroe, Ruby Gertrude, Edna Lorene, William Franklin, Herbert Jimmie, Virginia Pauline, Ola Mae, Ruthie Marie, and Robert Leon.
(6) James Clayborn Box, Jr. was born April 26, 1905 in Crawford County, Arkansas and died March 30, 1960 in Hood River County, Oregon. James married Irene Young.
Wallace Monroe Box, Sr. was born September 15, 1902 in Alma, Crawford County, Arkansas. Wallace married Mary Ellen White July 17, 1920 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas. Mary was born December 19, 1904 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas and died June 19, 1996 in Paso Robles, California. Mary was the daughter of Herbert Leavitt White and Ethel Phillips. Wallace and Mary were the parents of nine children - four boys and five girls.
(1) Wallace Monroe Box, Jr. was born July 7, 1921 and died February 25, 2004. Wallace married Iva Martin. Iva was born June 21, 1923 in Arkansas and died August 2, 1994 in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, California. Wallace and Iva are the parents of three children.
a. James Earl Box was born October 7, 1941 and died December 8, 1985 in San Luis Obispo County, California.
b. Betty Louise Box was born December 21, 1946.
c. Linda Kay Box was born April 21, 1948.
(2) Ruby Gertrude Box was born July 24, 1923 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas and died November 21, 2007 in Riverside, Riverside County, California. Ruby married Emil Lux in 1941. Emil was born October 23, 1918 and died February 20, 2003. Emil and Ruby are the parents of eight children.

Ruby married Robert Leroy Cooper in 1954. Robert was born February 28, 1921 in Texas and died August 21, 1973 in California. Robert and Ruby are the parents of two girls.
a. Connie Marie Cooper was born February 18, 1955.
b. Linda Sue Cooper was June 21, 1957 in Norwalk, California.
(3) Edna Lorene Box was born May 25, 1925 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas and died February 10, 2005. Edna married John Dunn. John and Edna are the parents of two children.
a. Robert Lee Dunn was born July 6, 1947.
b. Edwin Eugene Dunn was born December 13, 1949.
Edna married Joseph Ronald Osburn. Ronald was born August 20, 1928 and died July 5, 2005. Ronald and Edna are the parents of four children.
a. Betty Lorraine Osburn was born August 24, 1952 and died October 7, 2002 in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, California.
b. Lyllys Berdine Osburn was born August 8, 1953 and died November 17, 2007.

(4) William Franklin Box, Sr. was born June 27, 1927 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas and died March 19, 1988 in Oregon. William married Mildred Irene Brown. William and Mildred are the parents of six children.

a. William Allen Murrell was born December 22, 1967 in San Pedro, Los Angeles County, California. On September 10, 2005, William married Carole Lee Flores. Carole is born on September 21, 1979 in West Covina, Los Angeles County, California.
(7) Ola Mae Box was born May 5, 1934 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas and died April 3, 1990 in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, California. Ola married Earl Lawrence Lamere. Earl was born May 26, 1929 in Wisconsin and died July 5, 1989 in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, California. Earl and Ola were the parents of six children.
