My Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Assalaamu-alaikum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh.
As you are no doubt aware, the
World Islamic Mission (Canada) has embarked
upon the task of establishing an Islamic Centre here in Canada.
Upon hearing this
good news many of our Muslim brothers and sisters have since come
forward to offer
their assistance towards this project. This is indeed an
indication of their love for their
religion. May Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala bless them for their
kind contributions
towards this noble cause and may they be rewarded in the
hereafter.
The real challenge which lie ahead of us is to firmly establish
Islam as the true religion
of the twenty-first century; the religion of peace and love. This
can only be
accomplished with a real desire to please our Creator and our
unsurpassed love for His
Beloved Prophet - Sayyidul ‘Alameena Muhammd-ur -Rasoolulah
Salalaahu alahi
wa Sallam. Once these values become and remain the foundation of
this Islamic centre,
it will play a vital role in the establishment of Islam in this
part of the world.
I pray that all Muslims will participate in the construction of
this Islamic Centre .In
addition to establishing a place of worship, it is also very
important that the centre
becomes a centre of knowledge. It will thus incorporate a
full-time Islamic school. I
hope that you will give freely to this noble cause and by your
donations you will help to
protect your din and in turn Allah Subhanhu wa Ta’ala will
protect you and future
generations to come
