You must visit all these within OTL to be classified as a finisher

OTL

At halfway (MTC24) and the finish (MTC49) controls your maximum lateness (OTL) is 45 minutes. At all other controls OTL is 30 minutes.

Private Roads

The private roads you are required to traverse have the necessary approvals.

Map Enhancements and Clarifications

Here is the piece of map 196 which all rallies on the south half of 185 traditionally provide. It is grid squares 6515 and 6615.

Two grid squares

The road which passes through 690 260 passes from 6825 to 6926 without entering 6826 or 6925.

Give Ways

You must STOP at all junctions when going from a lower priority road to a higher priority road, i.e. White > Yellow > Brown > Red, at all junctions protected by a standing Give Way or Stop sign and other junctions which are given as Give Ways in the route instructions. The DSO will be out and about observing in a number of locations tonight.
The Penalty for non-compliance is exclusion (K18q).

Black Spots

The following areas have been defined as Blackspots which you MUST NOT enter.
6120 (SW ¼ Yellow Roads Only) Corhampton
6517 (NE ¼) Chidden
717 136 (300m Radius) Blendworth
645 237 (100m Radius) West Meon

There MAY be a 'NO' board to advise you that you have gone the wrong way and are entering a Blackspot or PR sensitive area. Do NOT pass a 'NO' board.

The Penalty for entering a Black Spot or passing a 'NO' board is exclusion (SR21).

Quiet Zones

We do not want you to create PR issues so we have defined a number of Quiet Zones which you must respect if we are to continue to enjoy the use of these roads. In a Quiet Zone, extinguish all auxiliary lights and proceed with the minimum of disturbance (low engine revs and highest gear possible). Main Beam is allowed but please use Dip wherever possible. If you cannot extinguish your auxiliaries without going to Dip then you MUST Dip.

In addition to these Quiet Zones you may find 'Q' boards en-route defining Quiet Zones. The same rules apply.

You may also see 'DIP' boards where you MUST dip your headlights.

A Driving Standards Observer (DSO) from the MSA will be out tonight observing you at various points on the route. Failure to comply with Quiet Zone requirements will result in exclusion (SR21).
