Yes, we do own this webring. We used our own HTML and got the images off the net. If you want to create your own webring then you must visit www.webring.com. You must have a basic understanding of HTML to create a webring.
There is a possibility that you didn't correctly enter your URL in the E-mail message or you didn't enter you site title and name correctly in the HTML.
