Praise the Lord, I am really happy to witness for the Lord. Our God is
really a good God,  a good God who cares,   who protects and who heals
and our great helper.

Before I join the prayer meeting,    I am just a Christian who goes to
church only on sunday that's all .I never bother to read the Bible and
pray -  in other words I never have close relationship with God.   But
after joining every Thursday prayer, my  life  totally  changed. Every
night,  I must read the Bible and pray before I go to bed.  Since I do
this, I have good sleep, before that I can't sleep soundly at night.

Because of my job,  I have lots of pressure that's why I have headache
often. After I start praying and reading the Bible, the environment is
different, because God take away all my worry, my burden.

Now I feel very happy instead of sour face, because I have Jesus in my
heart. Tank you.


感谢主,我真的非常快乐来见证我们的上帝,他是美好, 看顾人的神; 他也是保守
, 医治以及眷顾我们的主.

在我还没有参加祷告会之前,我只是一个单单参加主日崇拜的基督徒.我没有个人
的读经与祷告的生活.换句话说,我与上帝之间并没有亲密的关系.可是,自从参加
了每个星期四晚上的祷告会後,我的生活得着改变.每天晚上, 我都会读经祷告後
才上床睡觉.这样一种的操练给我带来前所未有的良好睡眠.

由於生活与工作的关系,我免不了压力.这造成我时常头痛. 自从有了读经与祷告
的操练,我的困境有了改变,我知道上帝已经担去了我的一切重担与优虑. 如今我
有喜乐取代了过去的愁容,因为主耶稣基督在我心中. 感谢主.
