My Christmas With Hanson (Fictional)

                          Chapter 1

Just 1 week 'til Christmas, I thought. I was walking home with my
friends Crystal and Amber, just thinking about how much I want to get home.
" So April, did Mrs. Sheppard give you much homework for the holiday's?" Amber asked.
" No, nothing at all! She's great! What about Miss. M? Did she give you anything?"
" Just 1 math page. Not much. Crissie, what about you? You seem
    awfully quiet. Is something wrong?"
" Well, 2 things actually. Mrs Galvin gave us 3 math pages, a project
on Louis Joseph Papineau, spelling words to study and to top it all
off my parents are getting a divorce!" Crystal sounded so upset I didn't
    know what to say!
            " WHAT!" I know, I know. I could've sounded more comforting." Why
didn't you tell me? Aren't I your best friend?"
" Listen, I'll call both you guys on three-way tonight 'cause here's
my house. See ya later guys.." We watched Crystal walk up the driveway and into her house.
" I can't believe this! Why didn't she tell us?" Amber screamed
as we walked down the street.
" Well, maybe she thought we'd take it the wrong way. Don't take
    a spaz on her!"
" I'm sorry. I'm just really concerned about her. Well, here's
    your house. Bye!"
" Bye! I ran right in the house and straight to my room. I love
my room. It use to be pink but,I guess now you might have to say it's a
shade of MMMBop. I have so many pictures of Hanson...well...it's
CRAZY!!!!!!! I still love it though.
" April? Are you up there?" My mom yelled.
" Yeah, I'm just admiring Zac Hanson." I replied.
" Again? Oh well. Come downstairs. Me and your father have something
    to tell you."
I was so nervous I ran down the stairs as fast as my legs could
    carry me.
" What's wrong?" My voice was shaky.
" Nothing. Don't worry. We're not getting a divorce. We just have
    to tell you guys something."
" Hurry up. I'm missing Simpsons!" Jamie was getting impatient.
" This is hard to say. We're moving to Tulsa." My mom said slowly.
