i now have two domain names.

i am not sure why i have two, or what i'm going to do with two but there they are.  The second one is named www.shadoeweb.com  and i parked it at my sympatico account, which is already being paid for and a family-oriented type of place.  So my best thought is to leave the shadoeweb name as vanilla (meaning non D/s related items only will be posted).  i've already started by working on the jemDesigns page.  Yes, i know it's confusing.  i'm beginning to think confusion is my middle name.  Or else menopause is already starting, in spite of taking the harmony (hormone) pills, which in turn is continuously baffling me.  i swear Master gets a gleam of horror in His eyes if He discovers i miss taking one or two of them.

******************

i suppose i should explain Lucy, given that i listed her in the sidebar.  She's the neighbour at the door after the next door beside us.  To my right, if i a looking out the living room window, which i think faces east.  This east west north south thing always baffles me, yet men seem to be born with it.

me:  Sir, how do i get to ... ?

Master:  go east on (street) then north up to (street) ...

me:  (while trying to speed write) ... uh ... which way is north from here?

He hands me a map and sighs.  Sorry! But i just don't get it.  Now i look for markers.  He said the lake is south, so i look for the lake.  And i've figured out that there seems to be more buildings on the end He says is north.  And the end of Queen Street that *doesn't* have the best stores is east.  So if i want to save money i stay there.  If i am on a spending rampage, i should go to the other direction.  Somewhere in all this there is logic.

Anyway, i digress.  Lucy is a sweet older lady (70's?) who likes to walk up and down the street, during the summer, picking up stray bits of froufrau from the lawns, and having chats with whomever is outside.  This past fall i found her bent over our lawn gathering up the leaves.  Her own yard is a plethora of greenery and flowers, charming in its overabundance.   In spite of her age she is very sturdy, standing much taller than me and i'm guessing is much stronger than me as well.  i think the best part is that she always wears dresses, yet has her hair cropped short and straight in a more boyish style.  Or maybe the best part is that she always has a smile or a teasing comment, which makes me feel good.

And her door is closer to the lake.  So i guess that makes her my neighbour to the south.

     Or something.

*************

i stopped shaving "down there" a few months ago, for two reasons.  i was visiting a new doctor and didn't want to be asked questions, and because i missed the hair.  So i asked Master how He felt about the subject and He allowed me some regrowth *g*.  i think He likes the hair being there now, because every so often, while we are in bed, He will reach over and gently tug on it.  And that's all i'm saying about that part lest it overlap into the to-much-information category.  He did reserve the right to order it all gone at His whim.  Or when i beg nicely.

Anyway, now i keep only the "bikini line" clear, and usually do so by plucking the hair out.  It stings a bit, but is much better than the rash i get from shaving.  The other day, while busy with this little chore, i noticed (shriek) a tiny gray hair.  i couldn't pluck it out fast enough, then promptly forgot about it.  Until today.  Today i remembered while i was in the shower, which led me to trying to see if there were any more of the nasty things.  Have you ever tried to bend yourself over enough to investigate down there?  i made myself dizzy.

And found three more gray ones.  Long gray ones.

No, i haven't plucked them out yet.  i was tempted, but i'm thinking that the pain from pulling out the tiny hairs in the bikini area will be nothing compared to pulling on hair attached to the lips.  i don't think i want to go there.  Which is pretty funny when you consider that i can tolerate the floggings from a 6'1.5" man who has both hands wrapped around the handle and i'm begging "harder".

And yes i am very carefully skirting around the topic of how i feel ancient with those gray hairs.  i think this aging business is somebody's idea of a nasty joke.

     Crap.
