""EGG CREAM"" Egg cream This favorite New York City soda fountain drink has been popular since the 1930s. Egg creams don't contain a speck of egg but are so named because of the froth (resembling beaten egg whites) that crowns the drink. They're made with a mixture of milk and chocolate syurp into which seltzer water is spritzed, causing the mixture to foam enthusiastically. If you get a chance try it!! Something different.

""Hot Apple Cidar"" This is very easy. I do this at home and elegant partys at the school. It depends on how many people you are serving.Make about 2 quarts of tea.Take out tea bags.Put the tea in a large pot.Add a small bag of red hots.Simmer for about half an hour.Give the red hots time to disolve. You can add more if you like.It gives the cidar a wonderful taste & color!! Keep it hot! When I serve it at a party.I put it in a large punch bowl to serve.Don't put all of it in at once.Keep some off to side, and keep it hot. Then as the tea starts to cool, add the hot tea..It also makes the room smell wonderful. It's a warm and fuzzy thing!! Ha-Ha!!!
