Fougere Architecture Inc. is an award-winning firm which specializes in multi-family housing. We provide high-quality, cost effective design for townhouse and apartment projects.
We emphasize fast turnaround and high levels of personal service. Our computerized facilities enable us to enhance the design process and to quickly produce accurate, detailed construction drawings.
OUR CLIENTS
Our diverse client base includes new firms just entering the multi-family market as well as established developers. Their projects range from 15-unit townhouse projects to condominium communities of 200 units or more.

THE PRINCIPAL
Wayne Fougere is a member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Francis Xavier University and his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Technical University of Nova Scotia.
Wayne spent eleven years with Laidlaw Architecture prior to establishing his own practice in 1994. His broad range of experience includes institutional, commercial, and multi- family projects ranging in value up to $12 million.
