Ascension

Krycek risks life and limb letting Mulder drive.

Krycek:  If Mulder is such a threat, why not eliminate him?

Cigarette-Smoking Man:  That's not policy.

Krycek:  It's not?  After what you had me do?

Clone Episode Inspired:  None (yet!)

Not only is Krycek sexy and duplicitous but he's logical too.  That's probably why he was destined to betray CSM as well.

Memorable Lines

I still laugh every time Krycek starts quoting Department of Transportation statistics.  However, I wouldn't qualify it as a particularly memorable line.

Hottie potential

We're still talking a 1.5 here.  We're still dealing with Krycek in FBI camouflage mode with the ugly blue suit.

Crimes and Misdemeanors

Knowing that Krycek is at this point working for CSM and his cronies listing spying as one of his offenses is superfluous.  But there's always that.

Insubordination:  By letting Mulder run amok he didn't follow the orders he'd been given by Skinner.  Of course by not following Skinner's orders he was following CSM's so it's a tricky call.

About the tram operator:  We don't know if the tram operator was killed although it's probably a correct assumption.  We do know that Krycek probably had something to do with his disappearance.  What happened afterwards is merely speculation.  So I'll say that Krycek disappeared the tram operator.

Concerning Duane Barry:  Some might argue that Krycek had a hand in his unfortunate demise.  However there is no evidence that Duane Barry died due to anything Krycek had done.  In fact there's only Mulder's assertion that Krycek is responsible.  Since Mulder was never able to get his ands on the tox screen it'll never be known.

Just Plain Dumb

Everyone has a "duh" moment from time to time.  Letting CSM smoke in his car was one of Krycek's.
